Including these details helps us answer on the first reply:

  • The AsanPOS version — shown in Settings → About.
  • Your Windows version (press Win+R, type winver).
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen.

Please don't send your database file, customer lists or database passwords. We don't need them to help, and we'd rather your data stayed with you.
